Criamos para seus executivos uma campanha de incentivo que chamamos de Grandes Idéias, Grandes Líderes, com o objetivo que aperfeiçoar o conhecimento, através de cursos de gestão. No lançamento da campanha, comparamos os executivos com grandes líderes da história e distribuímos livros do autor Alan Axerold, que escreveu uma coleção explorando o pensamento de líderes como Gandhi, Winston Churchill e Theodor Roosevelt, adaptando-o para o dia a dia de grandes empresas.

Zatix is the largest and the most comprehensive tracking company in Brazil. We created for their executives an incentive campaign called Great Ideas, Great Leaders, in order to improve their knowledge through management courses. When we launched the campaign, we compared the executives with great leaders of history and distributed books by the author Alan Axerold, who wrote a collection exploring the thought of great leaders like Gandhi, Winston Churchill and Theodore Roosevelt, adapting it for the day to day of big companies.

Nesta campanha Anti-Attrition, criamos para a Sulamerica uma Mala Direta direcionada para os diretores de Recursos Humanos de grandes empresas, ressaltando o quanto a Sulamerica Seguros preza o seu relacionamento com seus clientes. A idéia é lembrá-los o quanto eles são importantes e dar um brinde que represente o relacionamento entre a Sulamerica e suas empresas.

To satisfy and retain customers is a challenge. In this Anti-Attrition campaign we developed for Sulamerica Health Insurance, we created a direct mail that was sent to Human Resources directors of big companies, highlighting how Sulamerica Insurance cherishes its relationship with its customers. The idea was to remind customers how important they are and to to give them a gift that represents the relationship between Sulamerica and their companies.
